You agree to:

Torrevie offers the following advisory and implementation services:

• AI & Automation Implementation, design, deployment and integration of AI driven tools and automated workflows into existing operations
• Operations Transformation Advisory, senior level strategic and operational advisory for organisations undergoing structural or capability transformation
• Interim & Fractional Operations Leadership, time bound or ongoing senior operations leadership provided on a flexible engagement basis
• Workforce Capability & Nationalisation Readiness, operational process design, AI assisted workflow development and capability frameworks supporting Saudisation, Emiratisation and equivalent programmes
• Senior Leadership Advisory & Mentoring, structured advisory support for senior operations leaders navigating complex transformation environments
• Diagnostic Assessments, structured operational reviews identifying gaps, priorities and implementation roadmaps
• Training & Workshop Delivery, bespoke operational and AI literacy training for leadership and operations teams

Service descriptions are for general guidance. The exact scope, fees, deliverables and timeline are defined in each individual engagement agreement or proposal document.

For paid services:

• A proposal, statement of work, or formal agreement will define the scope
• Fees may be fixed, hourly, or project-based
• Payment terms are specified in the agreement
• Work begins only after confirmation of acceptance

Torrevie reserves the right to decline an engagement if requirements fall outside our scope or capability.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are payable in AED or USD
• Invoices are due within the agreed time frame
• Late payments may incur delays in delivery or suspension of services
• Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable once work begins

Pricing for AI automation, bots, dashboards, or integrations may include:

• Third-party subscription fees
• Setup fees
• Custom development costs

These will be communicated clearly before any work begins.

To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information
• Give access to systems, data, or staff when required
• Ensure internal decision-makers are available
• Maintain responsibility for internal approvals, compliance, and IT policies

Torrevie is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable data, restricted access, or internal changes on the client side.

Torrevie treats all client information as confidential.

We will not disclose client data unless:

• Required by law
• Approved in writing by the client
• Necessary for delivering services through trusted partners (e.g., automation platforms)

Confidentiality obligations continue after the project ends.

When providing AI or automation services (e.g., bots, workflows, dashboards), you acknowledge that:

• Third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, WhatsApp Business API, Google Cloud) may be used
• You are responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions, and data security
• Torrevie is not liable for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms

We will always recommend secure, reputable tools and work within best practices.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

• Training materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided by Torrevie remain our intellectual property
• You may use delivered documents, dashboards, and automations for internal business use only
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content for resale or external use without permission

Custom automations developed specifically for you may be owned or licensed depending on the project scope.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torrevie is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Business interruptions or downtime
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Errors arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client
• Issues caused by third-party platforms, integrations, or software tools

Torrevie's total liability for any project is limited to the total fees paid for that project.

While Torrevie aims to improve operational performance, inventory accuracy, cash flow, and process stability, we do not guarantee:

• Specific financial results
• Exact inventory reductions
• System performance of third-party tools
• Changes in staff behaviour or management execution

We provide best-effort advisory and implementation support based on the information provided.

Either party may terminate an engagement:

• With written notice (as per the contract)
• If the other party breaches the agreed terms
• If obligations cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances

Fees for completed work or non-cancellable commitments remain payable.

These terms are governed by:

• The laws of the United Arab Emirates
• For international clients, UAE law applies unless otherwise agreed

Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Dubai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.

Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
