FAQ
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot responds to questions. An AI agent takes actions. An AI agent can book an appointment, update a CRM record, chase a supplier, generate a report, and escalate to a human when needed, all autonomously. Torrevie builds agents, not just chatbots.
How long does an AI implementation take?
Most Torrevie deployments are live within four to six weeks from initial diagnostic to go-live. Simple agentic automations can be deployed in as little as two weeks.
Do your AI systems work in Arabic?
Yes. All Torrevie conversational AI systems support Arabic and English. Our voice agents are tuned for Gulf Arabic and are compliant with UAE and KSA telephony regulations.
Do I need a technical team to use your systems?
No. We build and deploy everything. Once live, the systems are designed so your team can operate them without technical knowledge.
What industries do you work with?
Logistics, manufacturing, facilities management, healthcare, professional services, and construction across UAE and KSA.
How is Torrevie different from a freelancer or large consultancy?
Every Torrevie engagement is led directly by an operator with 20 years of GCC and European experience, having managed operations at €350 million and $100 million scale. We are not a large firm using junior staff and we are not a freelancer without operational depth. We design the process before we automate it.
What is agentic automation?
Agentic automation uses autonomous AI systems that plan, make decisions, and take multi-step actions without human input at each step. Unlike basic workflow automation that follows fixed rules, agentic systems handle exceptions, adapt to context, and escalate only when genuine human judgement is required.
Do you offer ongoing support after deployment?
Yes. Ongoing support and optimisation is included in all Torrevie engagements. We monitor performance, tune the system, and iterate based on real usage data.
Which GCC countries do you work in?
Torrevie works primarily across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait, with the ability to support broader MEA engagements where relevant.
