Jim Henderson has spent 20 years running operations at scale across three continents. Senior leadership roles at GE Healthcare, Spacelabs Medical, Datex Ohmeda, dormakaba, and Bluestream. Regional responsibility across UK and Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East and Africa.

He has managed operations supporting €350 million in sales across Europe and $100 million across MEA. Track record includes taking OTIF from 78% to 97% at dormakaba across a JAFZA hub serving 14 markets, reducing inventory by 47% at Bluestream through data analysis and process redesign, and implementing ERP, CRM, and WMS systems across GCC and European operations.
